2. MOTIVATION
The entity respects the privacy rights of its Users and recognizes the importance of protecting the personal data that the entity collects about its Users.
The purpose of this document is to inform website Users about the processing of personal data carried out on this website.
3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY MERE ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
3.1. What data is processed
By simply accessing the website, the entity collects the IP address and other data relating to the connection and its origin.
The IP address is a code that identifies the User’s internet connection at a specific time.
Only the User’s internet service provider can identify the subscriber who had an IP address assigned at a specific time.
Due to the very nature of the server that supports the website, the User’s IP address is automatically recorded along with the date and time of access.

IP addresses will be stored for a period of 1 month.

Data protection regulations guarantee Users the following rights:

- Retention period: Your data will be processed for the time necessary to resolve your contact request. Afterward, it will be blocked and stored for 3 years to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing.
The form includes a checkbox to accept marketing communications, as indicated in section 6, “SENDING MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS.”
You may withdraw your consent and exercise your rights at any time, as indicated in the Data Subject Rights section of this Privacy Policy.
5.3. Registration Form:
Kadora will process the data provided through the registration form for the purpose of managing user registration and access to the website.

- Retention period: The data will be processed indefinitely for this purpose until the user decides to unsubscribe from the website or exercises their right to object or request erasure.

6. SENDING COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
When you check the corresponding box below the contact form, Kadora may send you commercial or advertising communications regarding services, products, news, or events organized by Kadora that may be of interest to you. You are also informed that the commercial communications you request may be sent by any means, including electronic means: email, SMS, or using instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. Kadora may verify the receipt and reading of communications sent via email. In this regard, the emails sent will include links and tiny, transparent images associated with your email address. Thus, when you download one of these images or access the links contained in the email, Kadora can determine, for statistical purposes, whether the email has been opened or if any links within it have been accessed.
You can prevent these uses by configuring your email client or program to block the automated download of images, and by not clicking on links included in the emails you receive.
In each communication, you can opt out of receiving this type of information through the specific unsubscribe mechanisms, and, where applicable, request the revocation of your consent, object to the processing of your data, or request its deletion.
7. CONTRACTING / RESERVATION
When you make a reservation/contract our services, your data will be included in Kadora’s file in order to manage your request and centralize administrative and IT processes.
Legal Basis: The legal basis for processing your data is the need to manage the pre-contractual relationship and/or execute the agreement.
Retention Period: Your data will be retained for the duration of this agreement and, subsequently, for the legally required period to address any potential contractual liabilities.
Data subjects have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint, as indicated in section 4 of this policy.
8. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?
Your data may be shared with other companies in our group when necessary to properly manage the relationship with residents, in the event of transfers, or when you request information about other student residences managed by our group and identified on this WEBSITE. The legal basis for sharing this data is the need to perform the contracted services and/or the consent included in your request.
Except for this communication or when required to do so by applicable law, Kadora will not share your information with any third party.
