This accommodation is specially designed for residents who want all the comforts of living in a spacious, private space. It includes two separate areas: a living room with its own kitchen and an en-suite bedroom. All just for you!
Individual Study
From €1,155 * per person/month
For those who value privacy above all else and prefer a comfortable lifestyle, we have individual studios available with or without a terrace. Feel at home and enjoy your own bathroom, study area and fully equipped kitchen in a modern, fully equipped environment where you will want for nothing. We also have an adapted individual studio available!
Cluster room
From €985 * per person/month
Would you like to share accommodation while maintaining your privacy? Cluster rooms are your best option. Enjoy a fully equipped private room and a bathroom just for you. In addition, you will have all the comforts of a flat in a space measuring 12 to 16 m²: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a television, a dining room, and good company.

This residence is spectacular. The rooms are large, spacious, bright and very well soundproofed. The swimming pool, gym and common areas are incredible, but best of all is the staff! Always attentive and making sure everything runs smoothly. Ten out of ten!

Newly built, it offers all the services students need. Comfortable, soundproofed rooms, spacious common areas with everything you need to enjoy your free time. Carefully designed, modern décor inspired by the great geniuses of Barcelona: Gaudí, Miró, etc. A member of our family is staying there and is very happy.
